Chris Pardo

the man who made "the hotel experience" on trend

Pardo, an Honors graduate of the UNLV Hotel & Restaurant Management program, served in various management positions with Four Seasons in New York and Beverly Hills. He then attended the University of Washington Architecture Masters of architecture program and launched the architecture firm Elemental Architecture. In 2009 he co-founded Arrive Hotels with the first location opening in Palm Springs, a hotel chain focused on the local community and the experience based travelers. Arrive Hotels & Restaurants have grown rapidly since its physical launch with hotels in-development throughout the country.  Pardo has found success practicing a true elemental architecture, interpreting buildings as utilitarian sculpture rather than a commodity. Each design portrays strong massing to define the language and character of the space.
