Design & Web Director

The Stay Boutique Design & Web Director will be the creative mind who will be in charge of how the World views our organization through all our digital & print work. This is a full-time position.

ROLES

Role as a Design Director
You will be in charge of creating & managing all graphic design aspects.

  • Curate content, design & code: email campaigns, print & digital ads, merchandise, books, business cards, social media ads & content, and other various materials for the company

  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts

  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas

  • Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design

  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

As a Web Director
You will be managing Stay Boutique’s websites by keeping content and design current

  • Designing & coding web layouts

  • Making sure all content is up to date

  • Publishing new content daily

  • Managing ads

  • Create strategies to increase Stay Boutique’s online presence

  • Write content for websites

Skills

  • Ability to be creative and think outside the box

  • Ability to communicate with all team members

  • Ability to be proficient at all graphic design & web software

  • Ability to code newsletter & email campaign programs that convert to html

  • Ability to manage your time and the company’s time on graphic and web work

  • Ability to have attention to detail and check your work so the final product has very minimal errors

  • Ability to handle rejection

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Graphic Design & Web Work

  • Master at time management & organization

  • Master at: Adobe Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Coding, SEO, Social Media, G-Drive

  • Strong email etiquette

  • Ability to quickly learn new software and new platforms

  • Mindset of being a team player & ALWAYS respecting your superiors

Event Manager & Producer

The Stay Boutique Event Manager & Producer will be in charge of all logistics regarding all our conferences & dinner parties. They will be the back bone to creating successful and impactful events. This is a full-time position.

ROLES

Role as the Event Manager
You will be in charge of all logistics regarding our events off-site and on-site.

  • Oversee and manage all sponsors & speakers (gathering all required information, organizing all the information & strategizing with all participants)

  • Oversee and manage all vendors and freelance production team members

  • Oversee and manage all budgeting for events

  • Oversee and manage the AV team and create Run-of-Shows

  • Oversee and manage event insurance needs

  • Design the events on CAD

  • Source and gather quotes from vendors who could help make our events the best it can possibly be within budget

  • Source and gather in-kind donations

Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple events at once

  • Ability to design events

  • Ability to communicate with the Stay Boutique Team and everyone involved with our events

  • Ability to organize all aspects

  • Ability to be creative and come up with cool ideas at low cost and/or collaborations

Requirements

  • 3+ Years Managing Events

  • Master at time management & organization

  • Master at: CAD, Social Tables, G-Drive, Microsoft Office

  • Strong email etiquette

Intern

The Stay Boutique Intern will learn about the Boutique Industry by assisting the team with various tasks. This is a 1 month trial internship that is unpaid.

You will be helping fellow Stay Boutique team members

  • Assist in creating the data for the “Official List of Boutique Concepts in the World” (this will be your main task)

  • Assist in posting on social media

  • Assistant in research topics for Stay Boutique

  • Assist at any Stay Boutique events during the internship

Skills

  • Ability to understand and interact with our followers on social media

  • Ability to finish all tasks in a timely manner

Marketing & Sales Director

The Marketing & Sales Director will be one in charge in bringing sales with the right clients for Stay Boutique.

Role as the Sales & Marketing Director
You will be in charge of gathering new clients for the company.

  • Source new clients & close deals

  • Manage gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
